To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total stay amount is required.

If you cancel or modify your reservation **more than 30 days** prior to the check-in date, no charges will apply. During July and August: the required notice is 40 days in advance

If you cancel or modify the reservation between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date, the 30% deposit will be retained.

If you do not show up on the arrival day, or cancel/modify your reservation within the 15 days prior to check-in, the property will charge 100% of the total stay.

After a cancellation, if the property successfully rebooks the entire reserved period, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid

Please note: Accommodation reservations do not qualify for a right of withdrawal once confirmed, as stipulated by consumer law for services with a specific date. In any case, the cancellation and refund policy described above shall prevail.
