You can make the reservation once availability for your stay dates is confirmed by selecting the check-in and check-out dates and making the reservation deposit payment with your credit/debit card or by bank transfer.

The minimum stay is two nights, except in July and August, when the minimum stay is 6 nights.

You can contact us by phone at 609 727 630, where we will offer you personalized attention. We will explain the procedure to formalize your reservation and manage the necessary steps, sending you by email the proof of payment and the reservation confirmation.

If you prefer, we can send you a pre-reservation form to your email, with its valuation and bank details to make the deposit or transfer of 30% of the total amount of the reserved services within 48 hours. Once the deposit is received, we will send you the definitive reservation confirmation by email.

Acceptance of the reservation implies conformity and acceptance of the cancellation policies.

Special rates and other offers published on this website will be valid only for the accommodations and dates specified in each promotion.

The client agrees to pay the total amount for the days and services contracted, making the payment of the outstanding amount 14 days before arrival.

To make a reservation at our accommodation, you must be at least 18 years old. The establishment reserves the right of admission and may deny access to groups in which there is no adult over 18 years of age.

We appreciate the care of the facilities. The guest assumes responsibility for any damages that may occur in the accommodation during their stay, as well as those caused by their companions or visitors.

Although there is no right of withdrawal, we offer you a cancellation policy.

For your safety and that of the accommodation, only dry and natural firewood is permitted in the fireplace. Burning plastic, cardboard, paper, green wood, or any material with additives is strictly prohibited.

To ensure the preservation of all facilities, please do not alter the arrangement of the furniture or use interior elements in the outdoor areas.

Heating and Lights – When you leave, we kindly ask you to turn off the lights and set the thermostat to a lower temperature. With this simple gesture, we not only avoid unnecessary consumption but also contribute together to environmental care.

For your safety and the proper functioning of the facilities, manipulation of the robotic lawnmower or the pool control panels is not permitted.
