As Roeles was born from the shared vision of Gema Rivas and Ana Caridad, two women with complementary backgrounds and a common passion: creating a unique space where beauty, history, and the environment intertwine naturally.
Gema Rivas, an architect, has been the creative mind behind every line and detail of the project, contributing her aesthetic sensibility and deep respect for heritage. Ana Caridad, trained in advertising and with solid experience in real estate intermediation, has been key to transforming this idea into a real and accessible experience for those seeking something special.
Together, we have shaped a place that is not just accommodation, but an invitation to enjoy authenticity in harmony with the landscape, with special attention to every detail. Our greatest goal has always been the same: to offer something true, beautiful, and soulful.

In Xermaña, two kilometers from caion beach
An 18th-century farmhouse, recently and fully restored within a gated property of nearly two thousand square meters, with a stone fence enclosing the main 1,310 m² estate. Listed in the Heritage Catalog of the Laracha Municipality.
An architectural ensemble comprising different structures originally dedicated to farming tasks: a granary (hórreo), sheds, and more. The main house features a rectangular layout spread across two floors, load-bearing stone walls, and a three-sided pitched roof covered with curved tiles.
This project harmonizes traditional local architecture with modern architectural concepts, placing special emphasis on the quality of materials and finishes, as well as the personalization of services.
